CONGRATULATIONS…
Tom & Holly could not believe it when they were selected as the Competition Winners at Quorn Grange Hotel which included Free Venue Hire for Round One!
After claiming their Round One prize they sent in a 50-100 story about how they met/ their proposal to be judged for the chance to win further prizes! To their disbelief, they were then selected to win a Food & Drink Package through Round Two of the Bespoke Competition and they just could not believe their luck!
For their story they wrote a rap, Fresh Prince of Bel Air style;
So this is a story all about how Toms life got flipped, turned upside down and we’d like to win round 2 so just sit right there and we’ll tell you how we started this life we want to share.
In Birstall, Leicester born and raised, Birstall park is where we spent most of our days chilling by the roundabout and by the swings. Drinking a tinny around by the bins.
On 1 Friday night Holly Armstrong was poor she walked down to my cafe and banged on the door she saw a lovely young man with big blue eyes and said I’m good with the till but I can’t cook the fries.
I worked with Holly for just 7 days and then asked her out, she was so amazed!
If anything I could say this guy was keen but I thought nah forget it, don’t be mean!!
Now were gunna fast forward 7 years, we’ve gotta house, a baby and a dog with big ears. Now all we need is to tie the knot, so let us win round 2 just give us a shot!!
The judges absolutely loved the rap and effort put into it!!
